The author will provide 7 questions which should be answered honestly. You have to circle the preferred answer based on your condition. The questions are available in a column. There are seven problems of insomnia.  Then, the categories to choose have five options. They are none, mild, moderate, severe, and very severe. There are four total score categories such as:

  • 0-7 : no clinically significant insomnia
  • 8-14 : sub threshold insomnia
  • 15-21 : clinical insomnia (moderate severity)
  • 22-28 : clinical insomnia (severe)

How to tell if you have sleep insomnia? After you have known your score,  print the index to know who is your health care provider. Your doctor will also know your problem after showing the score.

Insomnia is not big and very serious disease. But, you need to know that having comfort when you sleep at night is very precious thing. The night is very good time for us to rest our body after working in the morning till afternoon. If someone has no good sleep, of course their activities in the following day will be complicating.
